She has over 15 years of functional and technical ERP experience and has helped her clients improve their bottom line by deploying solutions that embrace best-business practices.  Her career began as a Software Engineer supporting both HR and Payroll then shifted to a Functional Analyst where she utilizes her business savvy experience to bridge the gap between the business and the technical teams.  Felisha is a professional that is comfortable with business, technology, and the many challenges of integrating systems and streamlining business processes.  Her comprehensive approach allows her to perform a thorough diagnostic of the current system, identify the key problems, analyze the true needs, and create a strategic plan on how to solve the problem in a lasting and cost-effective manner.   Felisha understands the connection between the tools, processes and resources and how addressing these components concurrently can have a positive impact on the bottom line.
